Hello, pool deck
Tachyon is an open timing system for swimming. Here is what we are building, and how you can help.
Most club pools still time races by hand. Commercial electronic systems are excellent, and priced for national centres. Tachyon aims for the same precision at a price a club can manage, with every schematic and line of code in the open.
Where you come in
- Clubs: offer your pool and a meet for testing.
- Timekeepers and officials: tell us what goes wrong on race day.
- Hardware, firmware and software people: review designs and send pull requests.
